David Choi D.M.D., M.S.D.

Dr. David Choi is a highly respected board-certified orthodontist, known for his affordable and quality care for both children and adults, with a focus on sleep apnea treatments using both conventional oral appliances and the innovative custom-fitted MARPE approach.

His journey began at the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2001. His academic excellence continued at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Here, he earned the Dean’s Scholarship and graduated in 2005. He also received National Dental Board Achievement Awards for his academic and clinical prowess.

For adult patients, he makes effective palatal expansion possible by combining MARPE with minimally invasive corticotomies using piezotomes and 3D-printed surgical guides. Bradley Packer D.M.D.

Dr. Packer is a compassionate and experienced dentist who has been serving Northern Colorado for nearly a decade and now practices in Greeley. He earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado.

Since then, he has developed advanced skills in a wide range of procedures including sedation dentistry, oral surgery, implantology, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Dr. Packer is known for his exceptional clinical skill, precision, and dedication to patient care. He takes time to get to know each patient and creates treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s a routine exam or a complex surgical case, his goal is to deliver top-quality, comfortable, and efficient care in a welcoming environment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Packer enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He’s passionate about photography, hiking, camping, 3D modeling and printing, and volunteers regularly at his local church. Dr. Packer is excited to be part of the Greeley community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
